We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible in consultation with the provider. Orders that are made on working days before 17.00 hours, we try to ship the same day to the provider. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

€ 5.95 for orders under € 75
Free of charge for orders from € 75.
Delivery is via the letter carrier or parcel delivery person of the provider. Often this is PostNL, DHL or GLS. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
